1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.


2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping

3. Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Email us
  • We may offer refund or replacement
  • We may or may not require the item to be returned
  • If return is required, we cover shipping costs

4. How to Initiate a Return

6. Refund Processing

Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection, it will be completed within 3 business days after verification.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

Sometimes financial institutions may need some time to process your refund request. If you haven't received your refund within two week, please contact your bank first, and then contact us.


8. Warranty Reference

All products include a 2-year limited warranty.
