Warranty Policy

Great Vision Eyewear products include a 2-year limited warranty from the date you receive your order.


1. What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in:

  • materials
  • workmanship
  • structural issues not caused by misuse

2. What Is Not Covered

Not covered:

  • lens scratches
  • accidental damage
  • impact / crushing / bending
  • loss or theft
  • colour fading
  • improper storage
  • normal wear & tear

3. What We Will Do

Depending on the case, we may:

  • replace the item
  • refund the item
  • offer another remedy under ACL

We may or may not require the product to be returned.


4. How to Make a Claim

Include:

  • order number
  • defect description
  • photos or video

Assessment time: 2–3 business days.

6. Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under ACL.
You may be entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for major failures
  • compensation for foreseeable loss
